This frustrates me...

Why do they make it so hard?

One thing that has frustrated me lately is the sheer lack of authenticity in the fitness industry.

Online coaches claim that eating steak and eggs is the only way to look the way they do.

It’s similar to how the supplement industry shows off their athletes knowing full well it wasn’t their product that got them there.

Its rife, and I genuinely think it’s the reason that most people fail in their fitness pursuits. When you start a fitness journey with someone, it’s probably because you want to look like them but you are not them, you are you.

There needs to be some truth in the industry because it hurts people not helps them. My goal is to give people the tools and the knowledge to adapt to what they want to do to them.

This means:

  • Not removing certain food groups

  • not being over restrictive with calories

  • only having a coach for a set period, unless you want some adaptations in your workout or advice moving forwards.

Really it’s as simple as that.

P.S. If you do want to start a fitness journey and haven’t taken the first step yet, let chat. Reply to this message and we’ll get you where you want to be.
